Alongside my 1:1 work, I deliver engaging, evidence based nutrition talks and workshops for organisations, schools and community groups.
I believe that when people understand the ‘why’ behind their health, they feel empowered to make meaningful change. My sessions are interactive, practical, and free from fads – helping people feel informed, motivated and confident in supporting their wellbeing.
Corporate Wellbeing
I regularly provide workplace talks for companies across London and the South East covering topics such as:
- Women’s Health and hormones
- Eating for energy and focus
- Building healthy habits in busy lives
- Understanding gut health and mental wellbeing
Each session encourages realistic, sustainable changes. Talks can be delivered online or in person and tailored to your organisations needs.
Schools & Sixth Forms
As part of my developing work in eating-disorder-informed nutrition, I’m passionate about speaking with young people about food, health and body image. These sessions are designed to help students build positive, balanced relationships with food and themselves.
